À La Board Marin is committed to providing high-quality, beautifully crafted charcuterie boards for every occasion. By placing an order, you agree to the policies below. Please review them carefully before booking.

Delivery & Service Guidelines

• Local delivery is available within Marin County and surrounding areas.
• A delivery fee of $15 applies to all delivered orders.
• Pickup options may be available upon request.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled time.
• Once delivered, responsibility for the board transfers to the client.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, traffic, or weather conditions.All boards are prepared fresh on the day of delivery to ensure the highest quality.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Orders must be canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time to receive a partial refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable due to food preparation and sourcing.
• Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
